Email Queue
Monitor outgoing emails, track delivery status, and identify issues.
The email queue provides a central overview of all emails sent by the system. Track delivery status, search for specific recipients, and identify failed deliveries.
Queue Overview
The email queue displays all outgoing emails with the following information:

Recipient - Email address of the recipient

Subject - Subject line of the email

Status - Delivery status: Pending, Sent, Failed

Created At - Time when the email was queued

Sent At - Time of actual delivery
Filters and Search

Status Filter - Filter emails by status (Pending, Sent, Failed)

Recipient Search - Search by recipient email address

Sorting - Sort by creation date or other columns
Delivery Statistics
Summary statistics on the queue page:

Total - Total number of emails in the queue

Pending - Emails waiting to be delivered

Sent - Successfully delivered emails

Failed - Emails that failed to deliver
Tips
- Check the queue regularly for failed deliveries
- Failed emails often indicate incorrect SMTP settings or invalid recipient addresses
- The queue is accessible via Settings > Email Queue

- The email queue must be enabled in the configuration
- Requires the settings.view permission
