Settings

Configure all system settings for your tenant.

The settings hub organizes all configuration options into logical groups. Each group shows its setup status (configured, incomplete, or optional) to help you complete the initial setup.

Company Settings

Basic organization configuration:

  • Company Name & Address - Organization name, legal form, and full address
  • Contact Details - Phone, email, and website
  • Logo - Logo for documents, emails, and the public website
  • Feature Toggles - Enable/disable optional modules (tasks, budgets, SMS, API, webhooks, SSO, etc.)
  • Tenant Data Export - Export all tenant data for backup or migration
  • Reset Tenant - Delete all data and reset the tenant to its initial state. Only available to the initial admin, requires password confirmation and typing "RESET"
  • Preset Manager - Import preconfigured presets to quickly set up categories, forms, formulas, and lists. AI-assisted setup also available
  • Usage & Limits - Overview of resource usage and subscription limits (contacts, events, admins, monthly emails, invoices, uploads). Shows current package, billing cycle, and approaching limits
  • Admin Files - Internal file management for administrators. Organize files in folders and manage them within the team

Finance Settings

Invoice and payment configuration:

  • Financial Settings - Invoice number format, default tax rates, payment terms, bank details for SEPA
  • Accounting Settings - Accounting integration with DATEV, Lexoffice, SevDesk, QuickBooks, and Xero. Account codes, tax mapping, and export configuration
  • E-Invoice Settings - XRechnung and ZUGFeRD electronic invoicing configuration

Communication Settings

Email, SMS, and document signing:

  • Email Settings - SMTP server, from address, reply-to address
  • Email Templates - Manage templates for automated emails (approval, rejection, reminders)
  • Email Queue - Monitor outgoing emails with status filtering (pending, sent, failed), recipient search, and delivery statistics
  • SMS Settings - SMS gateway configuration for text notifications (feature flag required)
  • E-Signature Settings - Configure Dropbox Sign or DocuSign for electronic signatures (feature flag required)

Integrations

External service connections:

  • Integration Settings - Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Matomo tracking
  • Accounting Settings - Configure DATEV, Lexoffice, SevDesk, QuickBooks, and Xero accounting integration
  • Custom Domain - Configure a custom domain for your tenant (feature flag required)
  • SSO Settings - SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On configuration (feature flag required)
  • SCIM Provisioning - SCIM 2.0 user and group provisioning for automatic user management via your identity provider (feature flag required)
  • Newsletter Integrations - Configure Mailchimp and Brevo (Sendinblue) for newsletter subscriber synchronization

Developer Settings

API and webhook configuration (feature flags required):

  • API Settings - Create and manage API keys with scopes
  • API Usage - Monitor API call statistics and rate limits
  • Automation Settings - Quick-setup for webhook integrations with Zapier and Make.com
  • Webhook Endpoints - Create webhook endpoints with event subscriptions
  • Webhook Deliveries - Monitor webhook delivery log with status and retry history

Logging & Security

Audit trails and security monitoring:

  • Activity Log - Chronological log of all admin actions (create, update, delete)
  • Security Log - Login attempts with username, IP address, auth type, and success/failure status
  • Active Sessions - View and revoke active admin sessions across devices
  • Cookie Consents - GDPR/TTDSG audit trail of visitor cookie consent records

Tips

  • Changes to settings take effect immediately
  • The settings hub shows setup status for each group to guide initial configuration
  • Feature flags control which optional modules appear in settings and navigation
  • Sensitive settings (API keys, payment credentials) require admin permission
