Presets
Import and export preconfigured templates for quick setup.
Presets enable import and export of preconfigured template packages. These contain categories, forms, formulas, lists, and other configurations that can be quickly applied to a new tenant.
Importing Presets

Industry Templates - Preconfigured presets for various event types (trade shows, conferences, markets, etc.)

Import Wizard - Step-by-step import with preview of included elements

Selective Import - Import only specific parts of a preset (e.g., only categories)

Overwrite Protection - Existing configurations are not overwritten
Exporting Presets

Export Configuration - Export current categories, forms, formulas, and lists as a preset file

Preset File - Export as JSON file for import into other tenants

Versioning - Exported presets include a timestamp and version info
Included Elements
A preset can contain the following configurations:

Categories - Participant categories with prices and permissions

Custom Fields - Field configurations with types and validation

Field Groups - Field group structure and sorting

Forms - Application forms with field configuration

Formulas - Calculation formulas for prices and invoice items

Lists - List configurations with columns and sorting
AI Setup
Configure presets automatically via AI (requires AI feature flag):

AI Suggestions - Receive suitable configuration suggestions from AI

Customize and Apply - Review, customize, and directly import suggestions
Tips
- Use presets to accelerate initial setup of new tenants
- Export your optimized configuration as a backup or for other tenants
- Industry templates provide a good starting point that can then be individually customized
Notes
- Imported presets create new entries and do not overwrite existing ones
- AI setup requires the AI feature flag to be enabled
