Business+Generate detailed analytics and reports across all event dimensions.
The reports module provides comprehensive analytics across all aspects of your events. Reports are organized in tabs and can be filtered by event. Requires the advanced reports feature to be enabled.
Report Tabs
Reports are organized into the following tabs:

Overview - Summary dashboard with revenue by event, monthly revenue trends, booth utilization across events, exhibitor retention trends, top exhibitors by revenue, and year-over-year comparison

Revenue - Detailed revenue analysis: revenue by event, revenue by month (last 12 months), revenue by category, payment method statistics, and revenue overview

Booths - Booth analytics: overall booth statistics, booth utilization by event, and booth revenue by type (for selected event)

Exhibitors - Exhibitor insights: global exhibitor statistics, exhibitor retention trends, top exhibitors by revenue (top 10), top exhibitors by participation count, and retention analysis per event

Services - Service order analytics: service order statistics and service order summary (filterable by event)
Filtering Options

Event Filter - Filter reports by a specific event or view data across all events

Tab Selection - Switch between report tabs to focus on different dimensions
Excel Export
Dedicated Excel export for participant data:

Select Event - Choose the event whose participants to export

Choose List Template - Select a list template that determines the columns of the export

Download Excel - Download all participant data as a formatted Excel file
Tips
- Use the Overview tab for a quick high-level summary before diving into specific tabs
- Filter by event to compare metrics across different events
- Use list templates to customize the Excel export to your needs

- The reports module requires the advanced reports feature to be enabled in your subscription
- Reports are read-only and require the reports.view permission
