Usage & Limits
Overview of your current resource usage and subscription limits.
The usage overview shows how many resources of your subscription are already in use. Monitor contacts, events, administrators, emails, invoices, and upload storage in real time.
Resource Overview
The following resources are monitored per subscription:

Contacts - Number of stored contacts compared to the limit

Events - Number of created events compared to the limit

Administrators - Number of active admin accounts compared to the limit

Monthly Emails - Emails sent in the current month compared to the monthly limit

Invoices - Number of created invoices compared to the limit

Upload Storage - Storage space used for uploads compared to the limit
Subscription Information

Current Plan - Name and details of your active subscription

Billing Cycle - Monthly or annual and next renewal date

Approaching Limits - Warnings when resources are approaching the limit
Usage Status

Progress Bars - Visual percentage display of usage for each resource

Last Synced - Time of the last usage data refresh
Tips
- Check the usage overview regularly to react in time for subscription upgrades
- When limits are approaching, warnings are displayed on the dashboard
Notes
- The usage overview is only available in SaaS mode. In self-hosted mode, there are no limits
- Requires the settings.view permission
