Activity Log
Track who made which change in the system and when.
The activity log (Administration → Logs → Activity Log) shows in chronological order which actions administrators performed in the system. Actions without a signed-in admin appear as "System". To open it you need the permission "View activity log".
What Is Logged
- Entry
- Administrator, action, area, affected record, and time
- Actions
- For example Created, Deleted, Approved, Assigned, Exported, or GDPR Deletion
- Bulk actions
- Separate entries such as Bulk Deletion, Bulk Hidden, or Bulk Action Undone
- Activity Trend (30 Days)
- Chart on the dashboard that shows the activity of the last 30 days
Filtering and Searching
- Filters
- Area, Administrator, Action, plus From and To
- Search
- Free text search in the field "Search activities..."
- Quick Filters
- Today, This Week, My Actions, and Recent Deletions
- Saved filters
- Save frequently used filter combinations and call them up again
Tips
- If data is missing, try the quick filter "Recent Deletions". Many deleted records can be restored from the trash within 30 days
- Filter by administrator to follow the changes of one person
Notes
- Requires the permission "View activity log"
- The activity log offers no export
